The bands first ever in the round show in England & also the first time I had seen them live. This show is notable for sound problems. During Hysteria the drums and guitars go down, leaving Joe and Ricks bass drum only. At first it seemed like part of the show, until the band began looking around rather bemused and embarassed I think, although power is soon restored. Later in the set Joe performs From the Inside, (at that time unreleased & for the first time ever at a concert), whilst the crew try to resolve further problems. During Photograph there is some awful feedback & Phils solo can hardly be heard, I remember Joe looking particularly pissed off. The problems in the main set mean Love Bites is not performed in the encores. Rick also has problems with his kit for ROA & the crowd singalong during ROA is also omitted, Joe could be seen going to each band member during the solo, obviously telling them to carry on with the track - no singalong. Overall this boot is quite good and for obvious reasons is one of my favourites, however the transitions between tracks is not 100% smooth and GOW has the first verse cut. The bands performance at The Freddie Mercury Tribute show is also included on these discs.
